Ltd. set up its office initially at Kolkata, which was the only trading area for shellac. The company initially produced button lac, seedlac, and heat processed shellac that is machine-made.
The company, which is now DM Aromatics, is manufacturing and exporting Ambrettolide, which is one of the top quality musk available commercially. The musk is replete with properties of ambrette seed oil. In order to ensure that quality remains unaltered, DM Aromatics has set up a testing laboratory filled with modern equipment, where all the processes go through close monitoring.
